Submission Guidelines

We frequently get emails from people/companies asking us to list their contest or sweepstakes on our site.  Please make sure that your contest or sweepstakes meets our basic guidelines before contacting us.

1.)  Official rules and age/residence eligibility should be clearly stated or a link should be provided on the contest url.

2.)  Prizes should be clearly stated.  We prefer to only post contests or sweepstakes with prizes, but occasionally we make exceptions.  People aren't generally motivated to enter a contest in which there is no reward.

3.) We only post contests from sources which we believe to be completely reputable and safe for kids.

4.) Contests should not have an entry fee.  We aim to post contests that are completely free to enter, or have an entry fee that is very small and can be waived in the event of a financial hardship.  Occasionally, exceptions are made on a case by case basis if the contest is very well known and the prizes are substantial.

5.) Contest starting and end dates should be clearly posted on your contest url.

6.) We do not post contests from any website that requires kids to create a membership/account/login in order to enter the contest.
