Shred It Game Design A Snowboard Art Contest: To enter, download the snowboard template, design your snowboard, then submit via email. The winning design will be used to create an unlockable snowboard in the Shred It! game. Kids of all ages may enter, but if you are under 16 you'll need permission from your parent or guardian. Contest ends on August 31, 2014.
Candy Snaggers Fall Coloring Contests for Kids: You can win 40 gummy geckos from Candy Snaggers by entering this coloring contest. Download the template, color it, and upload it to enter. Entries that receive the top 30% of votes will be placed in the final round and judged on the basis of "creativity, details, neatness and overall pleasantness". Kids 16 and under who live in the USA may enter. Contests ends on November 15, 2014; only one entry per person is allowed.
Art Smart Challenge: Draw an original work of art based on the theme "My World”, the most important person, event or idea in your life. The drawing should represent the look of a stained glass window. It is free to enter the non-competitive category, and $5 to enter the competitive category. Entries are due by September 15, 2014. All ages are invited to participate, with judging done in 6 categories. Prizes are varied.
Teachers Against Prejudice (TAP) Art Contest: Students in grades 1-4 worldwide are invited to participate in this art contest for kids; this year's theme is "Living Together In Peace". Judging is done in two age categories: 1st & 2nd grade, and 3rd & 4th grade. First prize in each category is $150; second place prize is $100. To enter, complete the entry form and an original painting, drawing, collage or other two dimensional artwork. Entries should be emailed by the October 15, 2014 deadline.
2014 Constitution Day Poster Design Contest: This art contest is open to kids in grades K-12 who live in the United States. Using markers, crayons, colored pencils, finger paints, or watercolors, create an original poster that features any aspect of the United States' Constitution, including the Bill of Rights and amendments. Judging is based on both Constitution content and creativity. Grand prize winner will receive a $200 US savings bond. This art contest ends on October 1, 2014; view the entry form here.
Get-To-Know Art Contest For Kids: This kids' art contest is for kids ages 19 and under who live in the United States and Canada. To enter, submit an original art work that are of nature, such as a plant, wild animal or a landscape. It should be full color and no bigger than 17" x 12". Winner will receive an assortment of art supplies from Binders Art Supplies and Frames. Contest ends on November 1, 2014. When you are ready to enter, use this form.
2015 Space Foundation International Student Art Contest: The theme for 2015 is "The View From My Spaceship". First, second, and third place winners (25 winners total) will receive a ribbon, certificate, prize, and an autographed astronaut photo. Judging is done in 8 age categories; kids ages 3-18 from around the world are eligible to participate. Deadline to enter is November 14, 2014.
Youthful Expressions Art Contest: Students in grades K-12 (ages 5-18) are invited to participate in this kids' art competition. Judging is in four age categories, with cash prizes being awarded to kids in 1st-3rd place in each category. Two entrants will also win the People's Choice Awards and two others will win the Grand Prize cash awards. Cash prizes for all awards range from $5-$50 and are subject to change (may go higher) depending on contest sponsorship. To enter, submit an original artwork that is inline with this year's contest theme "live slow enough". There are three art categories: drawing, painting, and digital art. Entries are due by February 27, 2015. (NOTE: There is a $3 fee to enter this contest.)
2014 Save the Frogs Art Contest: This annual art contest is open to anyone of any age, worldwide. Grand prize winner will receive $100 cash, $75 in "Frog Cash" to buy Frog merchandise from the site's gift center, a frog picture frame, winning art work will be featured on the Save the Frogs website until next year's winner is chosen, and you'll become a judge for next year's art contest. Contest ends on October 15, 2014.
Animal Rescue Kid's Art Contest: Art contest for kids ages 16 and under. Enter this monthly contest by submitting a drawing of their favorite animal. Winner and five runners up will receive "animal rescue" prize package. Open to US residents only.
Lions Club International Peace Poster Art Contest: This annual art competition from Lion's Club International has reopened; its 2014-2015 contest theme is "Peace, Love and Understanding". Children ages 11, 12, or 13 worldwide are invited to participate; deadline is November 15, 2014. Grand prize is $5000 and a trip to the special awards ceremony; 23 merit winners will receive $500 US dollars and a certificate of achievement. Worldwide Kids Drawings: This is a biannual kid's art contest: first contest is from January through June; second contest runs from July through December. Drawings must be original and not traced or copied. First place is $1000, Second Place is $500 and Third place is $250. A submission fee of $5.00 is required. Contest is judged in three categories: ages 6-8, ages 9-12, and ages 13-17; open to kids worldwide.
FreeKidsCrafts.com: This is a monthly contest; kids ages 3-12 may create an original craft made from basic craft or household items and enter by submitting a photo. Four contributors chosen to win $50 in free craft materials.
CelebratingArt: Contest is for kids in grades K-12, with four contest divisions by age. $5000 in prizes will be awarded to teachers and students. Entry deadline is August 22, 2014. Teachers can submit students art and students can submit their own artwork.
